ENGLISH: HOW TO GET YOUR PASSWORD FOR PROTON BUS AS A SUPPORTER
I have paid for Proton Bus, but switched to a new device or installed another version of the game. How to recover my access without having to pay again?
Payments for Proton Bus are independent between the urban (PBSU) or highway (PBSR) versions. There are some promotional migration campaigns that may be valid for both, like for those who pay USD 30, but for cheaper values the payment is specific for one of the games. However, you may use variants like lite or full, or 2017 and 2020 if you paid for PBSU, without having to pay again. Just touch the version number at the first screen and provide your credentials. If you paid for L3, you may also switch between Android and PC.
DO YOU HAVE ALREADY YOUR LOGIN FOR PBS?
If you have already the game's password, nothing is changed: just log in again in the new version.
DO NOT HAVE THE LOGIN YET?
Those who pay for the PC version receive the login within some hours or a few working days in the same e-mail used on the payment gateway (PagSeguro, Paypal, Patreon etc). Please check if it went to your SPAM folder.
If you have paid via Google Play, the login is not automatically generated because the system does not inform us about your contact e-mail. Activation through Play Store is automated in the same device where you have paid. To use the game on other devices or with other versions, you must first receive the game's password.
To get it for payments made with Google Play, please send us the invoice number from Google to e-mail:

Whithin a few hours or working days you will receive a return. We will provide the password only for valid payments, not refunded or pirated ones. Please do not use hacks.
The invoice number from Google is a code that begins with GPA... Google sends it for you as soon as you pay. It could be also retrieved by going to http://pay.google.com by using the same Google account of the time when you paid. Locate Proton Bus there, copy the GPA code and send it on the e-mails above. All invoices in Play Store apps are identified on that website. We do not have access nor control over it.
If you lost your Google account or do not remember the password anymore, we are sorry but there's nothing we could do. It is like if you have lost a cinema ticket on the road. So it is between you and Google. Try recovering your account with sign up information or a cell phone number. It's your responsability keeping your accounts safe.
HAD THE LOGIN BEFORE, BUT LOST IT?
If you had the password for Proton Bus but have lost it, to recover it just contact us asking for restoration. You should send the message using the same e-mail address used before, to guarantee that it is really you. We cannot send the password to other e-mails, since it maybe someone else impersonating you, like a bad friend, for example. If we send the password for the wrong person, your original acount would be blocked and you would lose access, that would be bad, wouldn't it?
To switch to a new e-mail, please send us a requirement before losing your current address. Send to the same e-mails shown in this page, checking if it is for PBSU or PBSR.

Eu paguei pelo Proton Bus, mas troquei de aparelho ou instalei outra versão do jogo. Como recuperar o acesso sem pagar de novo?
As colaborações são independentes entre o Proton Bus urbano (PBSU) ou rodoviário (PBSR). Há algumas promoções momentâneas que permitem transitar de um para outro. Quem paga na opção de R$ 99 promocionalmente tem direito aos dois, mas nos planos mais baratos o pagamento é específico para cada edição. Todavia, você pode acessar as variações lite ou completa dos jogos, ou transitar entre a 2017 e 2020 no caso do PBSU, sem precisar pagar de novo. É só tocar no número de versão na tela inicial e entrar com seu login e senha do jogo. Se você pagou pelo L3, pode transitar entre a versão celular e PC.

NÃO TEM O LOGIN AINDA?
Quem paga pelo site para a versão PC recebe o login de algumas horas a alguns dias úteis no mesmo e-mail utilizado no sistema de pagamento (PagSeguro, Paypal, Patreon etc). Veja se não caiu na caixa de SPAM.
Se você pagou pela Google Play, o envio do login não é automático porque o sistema não nos repassa os dados dos contatos. A ativação via Play Store é imediata apenas na versão onde foi pago. Para levar para as outras versões, primeiro você precisa obter sua senha do jogo conosco.

E de algumas horas a alguns dias úteis você receberá o retorno. Só são retornados os e-mails com o número do pedido válido, que não tenham sido reembolsados nem pirateados, nem usado hacks.
O número do pedido do Google é um código que começa com GPA... O Google te manda ele por e-mail quando você faz o pagamento. Ele também pode ser recuperado entrando no site http://pay.google.com usando a mesma conta que você usou no dia do pagamento. Localize lá o Proton Bus, copie o GPA e nos mande nos e-mails acima. Todos os pedidos em apps da Play Store ficam salvos para sempre na sua conta lá com o Google. Nós não temos acesso nem controle.
Se você perdeu sua conta Google ou não lembra mais a senha, infelizmente não há nada que possamos fazer. É como se você tivesse comprado um ingresso de cinema e perdido na rua. Aí é entre você e o Google. Tente recuperar usando as informações de cadastro ou número de celular. É responsabilidade do usuário manter sua conta em segurança.
JÁ TINHA O LOGIN, MAS PERDEU?
Se você já tinha a senha do Proton mas perdeu, para recuperá-la precisará nos informar no e-mail que precisa da recuperação. Você deve enviar a mensagem a partir do mesmo e-mail cadastrado anteriormente, para comprovar que é você mesmo. Não podemos fornecer a senha para outro e-mail, pois pode ser alguém tentando se passar por você, como um amigo mal intencionado, por exemplo. Aí sua senha antiga seria cancelada e a nova ficaria com ele, é ruim, né? A segurança da conta é fundamental. Para trocar de e-mail, nos contate antes de perder o atual, por favor. Envie o pedido nos mesmos e-mails divulgados nesta página, observando se foi no PBSU ou no PBSR.
